Temporary deactivation on Instagram
Added 2024-11-13 03:02:21 +0000 UTCHi! If you follow me on instagram, you might notice that I've deactivated my account. I simply need to take some time away from social media. I'm testing this way out, but this is a means for me to get back into my actual goals of ASMR. I'm not sure how long I'll be deactivating it for, could be brief, could be long if I feel like it helps with productivity and growth. In the meantime, I will be looking forward to getting back into ASMR full throttle.

I also uninstalled social apps from my phone so I had to either download one again and log in, or just use my computer if I needed to check it. Doing one or both eliminated distractions, made me more productive, did wonders for my ADHD, and reduced my screen time by over half. So yeah I support your decision there! Youβre amazing, canβt wait to watch more ASMR π
