Having only flown to cities in Canada I was surprised to learn that not everyone waits for their bags in an orderly manner. Ralph, did you happen to witness someone helping a complete stranger (often a senior or injured or with a small child) with their bags? That is a common occurrence especially in smaller airports like the one in Saskatoon.
