I have another recipe, found in the Unofficial Disney Cookbook that may be more palatable? 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup rice milk 1/2 cup canned coconut milk 1/2 cup passion fruit juice 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 tablespoon watermelon syrup 2 drops blue food coloring Blend together, then churn in an ice cream machine for 8-10 min until a soft serve texture.
