There are some great things in Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand, including much better restaurants than the one he went to. It is 52 miles of unbroken beach front from the North Carolina line to Georgetown. The Rebel Flag stuff is pretty rare these days and most sold in junky tourist stores.
