2022-03-23 17:13:43 +0000 UTCNational Equal Pay day is kinda bullshit. Women, in general, do significantly get less pay than men *IF* you compare all women vs all men. But this has to do with demographics with women more likely to leave the job market (marriage and pregnancy) impacting their advancement in their career and thus compensation. If you look at women/men in similar jobs, the difference is much smaller <4% or it turns out women make more than men in some professions/companies.
