The fog clears and there is LAND, and Luderitz is our first Namibian stop :) After one of the easiest check-in's ever we explore this awesome little town. First order of business- Mr. Brady visits the biltong shop where he finds a secret love potion from China, which he promptly tests on the girl crew. We happen to arrive just before the 10 year anniversary of the Luderitz crayfish festival- the biggest party weekend of the year! We eat heaps of lobsters, dance our little hearts out and meet some incredible locals. Before setting sail north we explore one of the absolute highlights around this area, The Ghost Town! Previously an old German settlement for the diamond workers and their loved ones in the 20th century, it was abandoned and swallowed by the desert. It was a super eerie and incredibly beautiful spot with a crazy history! But where are all the diamonds? Hope you enjoy this amazing place as much as we did! Much Love from the whole crew!
