Buenos Dias Amigos! We just arrived in Puerto Vallarta yesterday after our last passage up the coast from Barra de Navidad. We are safe and sound from the latest spinning thing (3rd of the season so far) and tied up in the Paradise Village marina, a good hurricane hole where we'll spend a few weeks. After a good nights sleep we were able to finish up this video and get it uploaded to you. It's a really great video about exploring and scuba diving a very special place in Panama. But we are shocked by the charges to anchor here. So that sort of became the theme of the video. Is it worth it or not, given that we normally anchor everywhere for free? Description and link to video below. Really hope you enjoy and have a fantastic weekend! XXOO- Brian, Karin, Baby Nuggs, and Jordan
We're about to visit the most expensive place in the entire world we’ve ever been charged to drop our hook. Normally anchoring is free, or a few dollars at most. But we're heard of a super remote and well preserved island in Panama that charges ridiculous fees of hundreds of dollars per night- just to drop the hook. It is worth it to pay this much? Will we regret our decision to spend a few days at Isla Coiba exploring and scuba diving? We set out to explore and dive one of the most famous islands on the Pacific Coast of Panama and answer these questions. PS- The direct link on YT is https://youtu.be/OgGJhuDMxcQ
