Ahoy friends! If you’re in need of some giggles on this Friday morning then we’ve got you covered. We’re at the one week mark of our passage, and things start to get a liiiiiiitle bit strange on board. So join us as we make our descent into madness in this weeks episode!
Meanwhile life is pretty grand over here, we had one of our best dives of all time yesterday (we saw a hammerhead shark and what must have been a thousand groupers!) and we’ve been meeting lots of really cool friends and buddy boats out here.

First off it gives us an account of the trending weather, wind, sail configuration, etc. so we can look back and confirm weather trends with the forecast. Sometimes the pressure systems and winds arrive early or later than the forecast, and this helps us to see how closely what we see is aligning with what the forecast says. Also, if we have a sudden loss of navigation then we have a good position report that is fairly recent from which we can estimate our position based on speed and course (dead recockoning). Must mostly it's a lot of fun! We have logs going back years and years from all our big passages and the crew writes funny jokes to the next watch, messages, drawings, and all that good stuff. It's a cool tradition :)

People I am sure are asking how on earth are you being out in the middle of hte Pacific and where is your WIFI connection...LOL.... so many people have no clue...NONE... but they probably have not heard of "STARLINK" and all the wonders it brings to us... I have had StarLink ever since inception back about 3-4 years ago when it was release as Beta test. WOW... it only gets better with time. I know, I least if you have I missed it, talked about the wonders of this great invention and how it works on a vessel such as yours. But I am saying, I am very impressed on how great it works way out in the Pacific. Also, I would like to know the costs you are incurring. I mean for a long video like this one... what is the true costs? Thanks guys, I have been your follower of yours now for about 6 years or longer. Your friend from Walla Walla, WA... Don
