Day of DISASTERS! Boat Life Sucks Sometimes 😬 Sailing Vessel Delos Ep. 377

Hello beautiful DELOS TRIBE!

Get ready for a cracker of an episode from the one and only Killa Kiril!  We are writing you today from the marina in Puerto Vallarta (still 😬😬😬).  Our plans have been getting one curve ball thrown after another at them.  We were hoping to be on our way to La Paz for a couple weeks now, but after our entire boat turning into an air conditioned test tube of germs and coughing, we sort of ran out of time to leave because Mormor already had her flights booked...so it just made the most sense for us to wait here.  We waved a sad goodbye to her today.  It's been an amazing few weeks together, though it wasn't as adventurous as we all hoped for due to everyone getting sick. Ultimately these visits are about spending quality time altogether, and for Sierra and Mormor to deepen their relationship when they are normally separated by so many miles.

This weeks episode is a mixture of ups and downs which at the time seemed pretty overwhelming and challenging...but looking back on the footage again, we managed to keep a smile on our faces and have a LOT of laughs 😂 This is the hallmark of a good crew and family dynamic and good vibes onboard, to be able to laugh when everything around you is going side ways.  PLUS we manage to get in one of our best spinnaker sails in ages, catch some dinner, get some good waves, have a heck of a party (though this was one of the things that led to our tough times 😜) and see some truly beautiful spots along the coast of Costa Rica.
