2023-05-22 20:49:42 +0000 UTCHey Erdem- we're actually still on the Roam plan, but they have forced everyone to use Mobile Priority data if you are on the water. So effectively we pay $2.50 / GB right now. Part of the problem is we're still on a Mexican plan, and I want to move to a US plan because it's actually cheaper, and then we can move to one of the maritime plans. The only issue is you have to cancel and transfer the service and if something goes wrong I don't want us to lose connectivity. So for now we will just stay on the per GB plan. We're using 20-25 GB a day so it's a bit pricey but we do what we need to do....

2023-05-21 19:58:11 +0000 UTCHey can you give more insight about Starlink connection? I know SL started to become more strict about their geofencing and mobility features/plans since May 19th. Did you switch to 50GB priority data Marine plan(I know you would eat 50GB up in a day🤣) or you’re still on RV plan? It’d be surprising if you’re on RV plan and you still have some connection even though it is intermittent. But hey you never know what’s happening with SL nowadays and things change pretty quickly.
