Tiers change due new tax law

I have changed a lil bit the tier, and hopefully changing to better fit on this new taxes law its coming 1st July, and, have the minimum impact on you guys.
They say its less than half of USA states and another 17 countries.

Mostly the description, and now you need to classify the tier on what I am offering, but for now, just looking what I can do.
