Week 18 - Stuff n' things n' 3d dabbling
Added 2018-04-30 13:23:20 +0000 UTCSaving & Loading video took a while and a few re-records thanks to my somewhat unpleasant neighborhood doing its thing. but it's up now. I want to get that week lead back again so I'm going to try and put a couple of things together this week, a Platformer Episode and also a time-lapse of LD41.
Speaking of LD41 I also want to do some more live streams throughout the week where I rate and play other LD games, we did one last week but I didn't get through a lot of games so I want to make sure I hit at least 20 before the end of the judging period.
My first priority will be the Platformer episode this week. As I've said, that series is drawing to a finish for its first season. I haven't fully decided what might come afterwards but there's lots of fun possibilities.
Topic poll is also inbound for $5 folk so keep an eye out for that this week too.
Some of you will have seen me playing around with 3d stuff in GameMaker. It's very exciting! And inevitably has been followed with questions on if a tutorial is coming. It's a big question with a lot of different variables but the short and oversimplified answer is that it'd be up to you guys. So we'll see what happens.
