Week 20 - The Poking Continues
Added 2018-05-16 12:48:39 +0000 UTCI decided to only visit the Animex festival on Tuesday for the inspirational cool games talks (Gosh, Dreams on PS4 looks very exciting) and see some old friends. It was very AAA focused this year but there was some great talks nonetheless.
I figured just going for one day would mean I could get some much needed work done on Monday but it was not to be. The working day and most of my evening were instead drowned in trying to fix a persistent and silent breakdown of my computer being caused by the latest windows 10 update. Thankfully that's now out of the way and I'm hoping the machine can stay semi-reliable at least until the next update rears its head.
This week & next I've got MORE POKEYPOKE to do. Livestreams will be popping up on YouTube and Twitch although some of it is also being done off-stream. I intend to put together a dev-log type video or two and just working on this thing has given me a lot of new material for future tutorials. Still assembling ideas for the next topic poll, so if you've got em, shout em.
After that I'll be at Norwich Gaming festival and then it'll be back to business as usual for a while.
I've been putting together a time-lapse of LD41 steadily as well, so that might also appear in the near future.
So much to do. So little time. Standard.
