The unity advert is annoying and seems to be targeting Shaun/ Games Maker for obvious reasons. Its also bunkum!, Whilst new to Game making and Games Maker, I've been a programmer (as well as other things) for over 20 years making and selling my own stuff and one thing I can say is coding aps from start to finish is not easy. Even with great tools like Game Maker, its challenging and lots of hard work to do right. Without people like you Shaun, lots of people would probably never ever try. and that would be sad.
