Uhh, it depends... On whether who so ever is in her stomach is also wearing a harness? In which case, if they are, then... The answer is both. Both of you are on a leash. Its just that a leash isn't really going to do much for the smaller being in this relationship, with a size difference like that, so its not like it could be anything but symbolic. As proven by the dragoness doing whatever she wants anyways, but at least there's already a 'rope' on hand, with which to be retrieved later in the case your predator Doesn't intend to digest you. So that's convenient, unless it isn't! But either way that dragoness will be having fun with the 'leash' in one way or another...
