Just let it load, it might take 15 minutes, it is an issue with CSP not the track. Once you let it load once, then it will load quickly after that without any delay.

2024-03-09 11:14:08 +0000 UTCLoading of the new version is getting hung up on "initializing AI spline" for me; when I substitute the previous version's AI folder, it loads. Seems like something's going on with the new AI files...
