At that point, she just didn't care anymore. So far she's my favorite character though I really like the rest of them and I admire Connie for trying to make sure Armin was ok and just kind of stepping up this episode.

It's not super obvious from the way the walls are usually depicted and the starting city area how vast it is. It also really makes you think about how much f'in wall there is, if all (most?) of it is 50 meters tall.
