Also, Sean you’re right on about how this show always finds new ways to keep the fights new and exciting—I LOVE the sort of worldbuilding that is in display in this show. We can see Levi skewer someone with his wire hooks and already get an idea of how good he must be to nail a trick shot like that 🤩

2022-04-20 08:24:55 +0000 UTCI think you guys might be downplaying how foreign of a thought it is for the Scouts to kill other humans. In this universe, killing another human is seen as an even more egregious crime because of their situation. It's titans vs. humans, so for a person to kill another is extremely disturbing, hence why Eren's backstory was so shocking during the court case. Each person is valuable, given the limited availability within the walls, and the ability to take another life is seen almost as a severe defect no matter the reason.
