But seriously though this episode took a WILD-left turn in the last 15 minutes and really threw some interesting stuff out there!
We get some spooky, squelchy, Squanchy Mummy horror stuff and really start to earn that TV-MA rating!
We get this REALLY COOL almost Shutter Island meets Inception meets 12 Monkeys sequence toward the end that reinvigorates the story!

I'm with you guys, I enjoy the zany shit a lot more. They leaned into it with WandaVision but like 3-4 episodes in just becomes the standard procedural Marvel experience, very safe, very cookie cutter. I'm glad they're diving into the supernatural stuff though, so I'm excited for Blade with Mahershala. I really miss those frosted tips, black dusters and shades. The 'cool dude' aesthetic of those films is just endearing lol
