They've already finished watching by now, and if I had to guess, they watched the intro. Skipping the intro sequence would require both them and the viewers to resynchronize their videos, and that sounds like a hassle for everyone.

Using the Curse to remove the Curse might be off the table because of how those mechanics are inexorably linked to what makes them metaphysically tied together as Eldians in the first place. Interesting to think about, I love this stuff lol

The rumbling is their deterrent. And even if they remove the titan powers, would non-eldians really believe them? They'd still kill them all "just to be safe". Anyway, that's just my 2 cents.
