2022-09-17 01:41:20 +0000 UTCThe thing about the whole Eldia situation is that while both Eren and Zeke's plans are extremely flawed, its really more complex that it seems. Its a really bad situation, one could think well why dont the Eldians just try peace, just become very peaceful, or even use the founder to take away their titan powers? Well that doesnt really solve it, maybe some countries would be okay with Eldians after all, but not all, especially Marley, war would still happen, hell being peaceful and giving up their power would probably end up worse for them, 'cause they'd be totally defenseless, its the only edge they got, they are a full century being in technology and infrastructure. And history shows up that even if you are peaceful and refuse to use arms, it will not spare you from those who will and still will attack you regardless. Its a very complicated issue for them, not helped by the fact they were all running out of time and the world was pretty much in a World War kind of setting, so war was approaching from all sides no matter what.
