2023-06-14 23:45:23 +0000 UTCShortly after being introduced, you can see Mei Chang looking at the bulletin board on the train platform as Ed walks right by her. :) I don't remember exactly when, but I think it was when Ed and Major Armstrong were heading east to the ruins of Xerxes on their little errand to help Maria Ross escape.
