2023-07-24 08:45:43 +0000 UTCWhile this is a well directed episode, I can’t help but feel like it mischaracterized L pretty hard. He just comes off as so defeated or accepting of his death in the first half of the episode, which just wasn’t in the manga. L getting the notebook was his 2nd wind, he knew some of these rules were bull and was immediately ready to test the 13 day rule and put light back into he suspect list.
