2023-08-29 00:09:34 +0000 UTCthat would be the tokyo tower which is a radio tower. in the daylight you can see its red and white, the colors of the japanese flag. i think its defunct now as a radio tower and is just a tourist site. you can go up like you can the eiffel tower which was the inspiration for the design
