Well now that Saundor is dead I can give you some background info. Saundor is an Archfey(basically a demigod within the fey realm). He was formerly known as Saundor the Vibrant before his lover betrayed him in some unspecified way and left him. And instead of throwing back a few shots, putting on some Tom Waits, and working through his feelings like a normal person, his bitterness ended up corrupting the shade murk forest turning it into the shade murk bog. He slowly went insane and merged with a tree, blaming his former lover for everything bad in his life. "You have things I do not. Companionship. I have been without for so very long. And the ones I have let in have hurt me so very deeply." Is a quote from him. He poured on the "internet nice guy" routine pretty thick until Vex wasn't interested, leading to his "You're just like all the rest!" line 🤣

He said it when he was talking about their "diluted blood" and how they weren't born into Elven society. Also, Syldor(their father) was voiced by Troy Baker who voiced Joel in The Last Of Us.
