And then by the GODS we get Hardhome! The raising of the stakes has never been more clear!
We love the Wildling Gal leader and .... well you know how all that goes.
Among the most iconic scenes in all of filmed fantasy and TV at large!
And all we gotta say is VALYRIAN STEEL MFER!!!

Karsi (played by Birgitte Hjort Sørensen) the wildling leader lady, has a dumb amount of development in like 7 lines of dialogue. Well done , on airing I was not just mad she died but that heartbroken she got brought back to life in service of the Night King. Until now, even with the glimpses of the white walkers and their horde, we didn;t quite understand the stakes. When the Night King raises his arms and all of the dead rise for him, those are the stakes. No casting a spell just bam, army reinforced. You dead are his ammo. That pop from Angel when smokes that white walker was legit.
