Like, the pizza shop that Syd goes to and tries to poach some workers from in the back alley is literally less than 3 blocks down the street!

2024-10-01 06:47:25 +0000 UTCi'm a chef, and worked in michelin and other high level fine dining. i do fine banquet dining now (100's of guest wedding stuff. while keeping fine dining feel, we just have to get 200 entres out in 30 min). this show is scary accurate. they obviously take SOME liberties, like they do stuff out of order prep/cook wise sometimes, didn't do a soft open in the first season when they started online ordering, or put a limit on it, etc. but it does make for some good tv, so i forgive them. mostly.
