Good pacing at the start!
We actually are weirdly charmed by theeeeeese two time traveling brothers!
An interesting lil' scifi scenario and some fun time travel gags (except we don't reallly understand what The Immortal's whole anti-"cowards way out" !
But we're are thrown for a COMPLETE KORRA S4 Sized Loop around flasback voice over town for info we were just told in the PREVIOUSLY ON like 25 min ago?
Then the dialogue all kinda gets weird and kinda Tell-Don't-Show?
Are we being too picky? Did yall fell this in anyway as well?

Loved the reaction!! I’m inclined to agree with some of the complaints on the Allen-Nolan plot. It’s staying close to the comics but some of this story’s best scenes have been show additions, so you’d think adding a scene or two of the budding bromance would be a no brainer!

2025-03-06 04:54:12 +0000 UTCthat's fair, but we just watched him *not* saying ow to like the Death Star Lazer beam to his face and open eye ball. Just yawning through that and brushing off his shoulder. Again, one line being like, "we upgraded our weapons to help us gaurd him." is all it takes.

2025-02-27 03:12:22 +0000 UTCBoxers don't say "ow" every time they take a punch in a fight, but will say "ow" when they get shocked by a door knob. It doesn't mean the door knob shock hurt the boxer more than getting punched in the face.
