There will be no progress report for Patrons this week as I am heading off to my honeymoon in less than 24 hours. However, I want to touch on something that is developing (see Discord General Channel if you want to keep in the loop). Essentially, I am strongly against moving to Ren'py, which I think most people know. One thing is in the Proof of Concept, there was hi resolution art, but after much consideration, such hi-res art will not be in the novels. In other words, for those investors that are voting for Renpy solely on merit of artwork, be advised that it will NOT look anything like it does in the Proof of Concept Mars whipped up.

The single chapter and one bad end ran almost a gigabyte. I checked Desideratum last night and it would be over 100 gigabytes if I made it into Renpy. Meanwhile, in Twine, everything works, I have all those systems, and even Game Mode is *ALMOST* working, Shadow Code was so close, so with an HTML and JavaScript programmer, it would work in no time. Also, as I do not like type separated like it was in the proof of concept, a scroll bar will be on the screen and the pages will work identical to how they did in Twine, you will scroll down to read and click to get to the next page.

Anyway, I am not going to be here for on Patreon a bit over a week, but I will be in Discord! I will be mulling this over every now and then while I am in Alaska, but I am thinking it would basically look like Twine anyway (although Renpy cannot have glowing text and other CSS type stuff) Anyway, I suggest consider the screenshot above as closer to how Renpy will look and ensure it is worth all the effort to really switch over for essentially the same thing,
