Growth Virus extended preview

Growth Virus.

Victoria rubbed her eyes as she tried to stare at the computer. “I don’t know how much more I can take.”

“What?” Harry looked over at her cubical. “Not having a good day?”

“When is working in customer service a good day? Listen to this one.” She opened a support thread. “Help. I am having trouble navigating your website. Could you please make the colors more pleasing so I can find what I am looking for? Also, while you are at it, can you make it, so I don’t actually have to purchase anything? Having to buy something in 2024?

Who do you think you are? Can’t you spread some positivity in the world and just give that wonderful thermal blanket to me for free? I don’t see why I have to pay highway robbery for it.”

Harry laughed. “What are you going to say to them?”

Victoria ran her hands through her long golden hair. “I don’t know? I have been doing this for only a year, and I know less than I did when I started this stupid job. You say nothing; people go crazy. You try and engage, people go crazy. It’s crazy all the way down!” She took a deep breath. “And we are supposed to solve the crazy? Whyyy!”

“Oh, and you can’t go crazy yourself. Remember?”

“Ahhhhhhhhhhh!” She stood up and stormed away from her computer. “I just. . . I need my lunch break!”

“I was only joking.”

Victoria flung open the break room door as she made a mad dash for the coffee maker. “I hate this job!” She took a deep breath. “I just. . . hate it!” She raised a shaky hand of coffee to her mouth. “But just a few more months, and I should be able to leave. Huh.” She sipped from her coffee. “Ugh, what is in this stuff? It tastes. . . ughh.”

Garry reached for her coffee. “You drank that? Didn’t you see the news?”

“No?”

“They are recalling our coffee. Apparently, there was something wrong with what they put in it. I would suggest you throw that away right now!”

She sneered at him. “After the day I had! No fucking way!” Victoria took another sip despite the bitter taste. “I need this!”

“You are just going to ignore the callback?”

“I had some tell me I was the spawn of Satan. I think drinking a little bit of weird coffee is okay to deal with this level of stress and idiocy.” She took another sip. “Now, please excuse me. I need to decompress before I go back in there and deal with those idiots.”

Garry waved his hands. “Okay. Okay.” He grabbed his lunch. “I hope I never have to work in customer service. God.” He dashed away.

As Victoria took another sip, she felt a strange sensation fill her chest. “Mhhh.

This is slowly starting to taste better. I don’t know why the hell they recalled this.” She began to drink the coffee like she would water. “Mhhhm.” She licked her lips after she finished her cup. “I feel. . . good. Revitalized.” She spun around. “Like I have the energy to deal with the day!” She jumped into the air. “Like I could take on a thousand of those little bastards and give them what’s what.”

Victoria giggled. “Okay. I think I am good. But. . .” She poured herself another coffee. “Some more couldn’t hurt.” As she walked out of the break room, she didn’t notice her ass had grown a few inches, stretching out her slacks.

She hummed as she walked back to her desk, her ass swaying back and forth. “Hello, Fran. Markus. Jerold.”

“Huh?” Jerold looked at her in surprise as she never talked to him. “Victoria? What is up?”

“Oh, I am in just such a good mood.” She took a sip of her coffee. “I just wanted to wish you a good day is all.” She giggled as she made her way back to her desk.

He rubbed at his chin. “Was that same grumpy lady that usually storms past my desk around this time of day?”

Victoria sat at her desk with a smile on her face as she felt how much more comfortable it was with her squishy booty. “Okay.” She rubbed her hands together. “Let’s get to this.” She opened the first complaint thread. “I am here to help.” She smiled as she sipped at her coffee, feeling the wonderful feeling spread further through her body.

She arched an eyebrow as she read the complaint. “I tried to make a return, but you wouldn’t accept my credit card like you did when I made the purchase. What is up with that? I want to talk to someone right now!”

Victoria smiled. “Okay. I can handle that.” She put on her headset, taking a deep breath as her breasts swelled a few inches. “Hello. I understand you have a complaint? You couldn’t make a return?”

“Wait, you are an actual person? Not a fucking robot? People exist?”

“Yes, we exist.” She took a sip of her coffee and spun back and forth in her chair.

“So, how is your day?”

“Crapy. I could be out playing golf with my buds or out drinking, but I am stuck trying to get a hold of someone like you.”

“Oh, don’t be so sad. I am here now.” She took a deep breath. “And if you want, I could hold you in my arms after.”

“What?”

Victoria blinked her eyes. “I am sorry. That came out of nowhere. I don’t know what I said that.” She blushed. “So, let’s get to this return of yours, shall we?”

“Okay, well, like I said, you thieves took my money, but now you just won’t return it on the same credit card? What kind of bullshit is this?”

“Oh, I am sure we can get this worked out. What credit card do you have?”

“Moonrise.”

“Ohh.” She blushed as she felt the arms of her hair press against her hips. “Moonrise, you say? How interesting.” She moaned. “Let’s get your. . . card working and raise you to new heights.” She giggled as her bra began to press tightly against her chest. “Sorry. I thought I would try and ease the tensions with a joke.” She took a deep breath.
