California Hotrod

California Hotrod.

Tess pushed open her motel room door. “Ugh, I have no idea what I even want to do now that I am stuck here in California.” She shut it behind her. “Fucking werecar. . .” She slapped her head. “Ughh no, I fucking turned into a plane, didn’t I? What is happening to me? How did I get out here?” She fell onto the bed. “What is happening to my life?” She stared at the ceiling. She wasn’t entirely sure what had happened. She had vague memories of flying through the air and seeing Christen, Linda, and Rachel.

She just wanted to go home and see Patrick again. But she was dead broke. She had lied to the man when she said she could pay for the room. What was he going to do about it? She was thousands of miles away from home, and if he really wanted to press the issue, she had a fucking living vehicle inside of her. I am sure he would want to tempt fate with that.

“Tomorrow, I am going to try and figure out a way to get home.” She rubbed her eyes. “But I need to find those damn girls I dragged her first. I know I would get in so much trouble if I returned home and they were not with me.” She turned over in her bed. “Patrick would chew me out. And I am sure someone close to them would as well.” She sat up. “God, I can’t even get to sleep just thinking about it.”

Tess’s hands formed into fists. “I am not going to spend the next few weeks stuck here.

I am going to find those damn blueberry girls and drag them back to Michigan, even if I have to turn into a car and drive them there myself.” She snorted. “Fucking hell, why did my vehicular side have to get me into this mess?” She grabbed her room key and stormed out the door.

             ***

The rest of the day was filled with frustration. The moment Tess mentioned she was looking for blueberry ladies, people either told her to go to hell or ran from her.

“What the fuck is wrong with this town.” She slumped against a nearby wall.

“Is this entire state batty?”

A young lady walked up to her. “Well, there is a virus going on right now.”

Tess eyed the woman. “What kind of virus?”

She shrugged. “I don’t know. I just hear bits and pieces.” She smiled.

“You look like you have been through hell. Want me to buy you a drink?”

Tess sighed. “I guess that couldn’t hurt. Though if you are trying to leave me with the bill, I will let you know right now I have no money.”

The woman laughed. “Honest and to the point. I like that.” She turned around. “Come on. And I wasn’t going to leave you with the bill.”

Tess followed after her, keeping an eye on the sky. The sun was setting, and it would only be a matter of time before she would have to deal with her mechanical side trying to force its way out. “Then why are you buying a stranger a drink? Hmm?”

The lady shrugged. “Is that a crime? I just find you interesting.”

“Right. . .” Tess didn’t trust the lady, but she hadn’t had anything to eat or drink all day.

Besides, she didn’t want the only thing she consumed to be gasoline when she transformed at night. “So, what is your name?”

“Debora.” She smiled. “Nice to meet you.”

             “Tess.”

“So, Tess.” They turned a corner. “What is a nice gal like you doing in a place like this?”

She shrugged. “It’s a long story.”

“I would love to hear it over our drinks.” She smiled. “Ah, here we are.”

Tess crossed her arms as she looked at the hole in the wall. “This place is little more than a dive,” she said.

“Oh, but you will love it.” Debora smiled. “Come on.” She pushed the door open.

Tess sighed. “Alright, but only for one drink. I have things to do.”

Debora laughed as Tess followed her inside. “One drink? What are you, a lightweight?” Tess narrowed her eyes. “I am sorry. I wasn’t trying to offend you; I just. . . I am just offering you free beer. I would think you would jump at the chance.”

They sit down at the bar. “Well, I guess I have other things on my mind.” She looked around. “Not many people here.”

“Most folks are getting out of town. With the virus and all.”

             “Virus?”

An elderly man with a beard walked up to them. “Hey, Deb. Nice to see ya. Who’s your friend?”

“Oh, I just met her. I thought I would buy her a drink, Hank.”

Tess crossed her arms. “You got any food, Hank?” She arched an eyebrow. “I haven’t eaten all day. Been on the road.”

He laughed. “Would explain why you know nothing about the virus.” He turned around. “But ya we have some food. You like wings?”

             “I don’t mind them.”

“I will bring them right up for ya then.” He walked away.

Tess turned her attention to Debora. “What is this virus thing?” She poked her in the shoulder. “And don’t give me any bullshit.”

The woman laughed. “Bullshit? Why do you think I would give you bullshit.” She smiled. “You don’t trust the woman who is going to give you a free drink?”

             “Just answer the question.”

Debroa leaned back against the bar. “How about we trade questions, deary. What are you doing around here? No one comes to this town without a good reason these days.”

“Well, that explains the free drink,” Tess taps her finger on the bar. I came here with some friends until I lost them. I am just trying to find them and then head home.” She shrugged.

“Nothing more than that.”

             “Oh? Where are you from?”

Tess narrowed her eyes. “I thought we were trading questions?”

Hank set down a beer for Debora and a plate of wings for Tess. “I just want another question is asked. Besides, it lines up with my first question. It won’t be hard.”

Tess sighed. “Michigan. I am from Michigan.”

“Wow. You sure came from a long way away.” She giggled. “Okay. So, this virus apparently turns people into blueberries. Or that is what the media wants us to believe.” She leaned forward. “So, what happened to your friends?” She grabbed her bear and took a sip.”

“Nosy little bitch isn’t she?” Tess took a deep breath. “I don’t know. I think they went deeper into the city, but beyond that, no idea.”

“Oh well, then I think you should give up on them. For all you know, they could just be juicy goners by now. Poor fools.” She took another sip from her drink. “The virus has them in its juicy clutches.”

Tess formed her hands into fists. “Now, hold on a minute. What the hell with this virus anyway? Where I come from, I know a few decent blueberry people who were not infected by a virus nor were trying to infect anyone. They live normal lives!” Everyone in the bar looked at her like she was crazy. You people should get a life!”

Debora laughed. “Oh really? You must be from one bat-shit crazy town.” She turned her attention to Hank. “Lock the doors. I think this one knows a lot more than she is telling us currently.”

Tess looked around. “Huh?” Men were moving to block the doors. “What is going on?”

Debora stood up. “Like I said, people don’t just come to this town anymore. Everyone knows there is a fucking virus going on. Now, please go on about these good blueberry people.”

Tess suddenly fell to the ground, her chest pounding. “Not now!”

Tess began to moan as her entire body tensed up. “I am in enough trouble. I don’t need to transform here.

“Take her away. We can interrogate her down at lab nine.”

“Umm. . .” Hank crossed his arms. “Lab nine has its hands full. Apparently, they caught a living berry lady.”

Debroa threw her arms into the air. “They did? Why the fuck doesn’t anyone tell me these things?” Debora looked down at Tess. “What is wrong with you? She doesn’t have the virus, does she?”

Hank laughed. “How could she? We are nowhere near the walled-off part of the city.” Their eyes darted around the room as Tess’s chest suddenly revved like a car engine. “What in the world was that?”

“You didn’t leave your bike running out there, did you?”

Hank waved his hands about. “What and waste gas? Are you insane? Huh?”

They stepped back as they noticed Tess’s ass suddenly double in size. “What the hell?”

Debora shook her head. “I don’t know.”

Tess started giggling. “I suggest you run.” Her boobs pressed tightly against her shirt. “Unless you want to get run over.” She moaned, letting the transformation take her. Tess felt as if she had to get out to drive free. Usually, she would be a bit afraid of these sensations, fearful of letting her vehicular side take hold of her, but in this moment, she would embrace it. She moaned as her hands turned hard and rubbery as she looked up at the people staring at her. “What?” She slammed her right hand down on the floor as it seemed to inflate, a metallic hood cap growing out of her skin. “You want to stay.” She moaned a little, feeling the mechanical side of her brain take over. “That is fine. I. . .” The words drifted into her mouth. “It’s fun. . . having. . . people. . . to. . .” Her other hand began to inflate into a tire. “I like driving down people who hurt me.”

Debora backed away. “What kind of freak are you?”

Tess moaned, her ass ripping through her pants. “I am a car. A California Hotrod, as you might put it.” Her engine purred, a tailpipe extending out her ass. “I have been wanting to. . . drive about for some time now.” Tess slammed her ties onto the floor. “But I haven’t been able to have fun. Constantly having to stay cooped up.” Her hips widen, and her body starts to become metallic. “I am going to enjoy this side of myself no matter what, and if I try to bottle it up anymore, well. . . .” Tess suddenly honks as her boobs rip through her clothing and rub across the floor. “I might have to stay this way until I show myself that I need this.”

Debora looked at Hank. “You need to help me capture her.”

             “What?”

“This could be a new strain of the virus we have here. We need to study her.”

Hank waved his hands about. “Wait, just a minute. A woman is transforming into a car in my bar, and you want to. . .” He turned around. “You are on your own lady.” He went out the back door.

Debora snorted. “Be that way. I will just drive her to the facility on my own then when this transformation is done.” She slapped Tess’s ass. “I mean, if you really are turning into a car, I can have my way with you.” She giggled.

Tess moaned as her feet turned into wheels. “Are you sure?” Her body began to stretch. “I. . . am a hard to handle hotrod.” Smoke puffed out of her exhaust pipe as she began to grow. Her ass began to stretch out over her back wheels, and her boobs began to form the frame of her vehicle.

Debora pressed the situation. “Come on, you are turning into a car. I can see your seats and such forming right now.” She giggled. “How in the world can you resist me just sliding in.” She sat in one of Tess’s chairs as Tess’s body grew around her. “And wait for your body to finish changing so I can just drive you to my facility. You are going to be a car. Nothing more.” She laughed as Tess’s back formed the roof of the vehicle, the last bits of her boobs becoming the dash and the steering wheel. “So, you better get used to obeying your new owner.”

Tess’s eyes blinked into headlights as they stretched out to form her hood. Her teeth became her bumper in a lovely red smile. Soon, all Tess looked like was a marvelous red sports car. Debora ran her hands along Tess’s steering wheel. “Well, it’s time to see how you run.”

A seatbelt latched around Debora and tightened around her, almost choking her. Moments later, the radio turned on, and Tess’s voice vibrated through the vehicle.

“You thought you would drive me? How laughable.” Tess’s engine roared to life. “Now, let’s take you for a drive as I ask you some questions. And if you have a problem with them, I can just drive you into the heart of the blueberry town and drop you off there. Do we have a deal?”

“You wouldn’t dare. You could turn into a blueberry yourself.”

“I am just a lovely sports car. How are you going to do that to me? You, on the other hand. I am sure they will love you.” Debora gulped. “Now then. What was this about kidnapping me to study me?”
