'Bikini' incentive! Cat lady doing a bit or work. She's in charge of the 'experimental division' of Darksoul's forces-which includes the ninja crows as well as a large R&D department that cooks up all sorts of crazy machines and weapons for the goblin army to use. Whilst she has no technical knowledge or ability she's very enthusiastic and hands on. This may be why a lot of the gadgets and gizmos of the experimental division are prone to go wrong in quite spectacular ways...
