Ric Flair is feuding with Mick Foley currently so he heads down to the land of extreme to face Big Show in an Extreme Rules match for the ECW Championship in a bloody brawl! Aleister Black debuted on AEW Dynamite this past week knocking out Arn Anderson & Cody Rhodes to reveal that he is now Malakai Black. James, Tony, & Johnny also discuss the best Mick Foley theme songs of all time across his multiple gimmicks including Cactus Jack, Dude Love, & Mankind.

This may be one of my favorite episodes you all have done! One of the rare ones that I have listened to three times in the same week. The whole ECW segment is god tier!

2021-07-19 15:28:32 +0000 UTCI'm glad you covered this episode of WWECW. Big Show vs Ric Flair for the ECW championship is one of my favorite matches, fortrucity. As a kid who was only allowed to watch WCW until about 1998 (like, literally right around KOTR 1998 is when I started watching WWF) I grew up a huge fan of The Giant/Big Show and Flair, and to see them in this setting was so surreal. Flair takes a flippin VERTICAL SUPLEX from Big Show, and that blew my mind so hard. It was later outdone when Flair, the madman, took a suplex off of a ladder but still, it was quite the match.
