Fun fact, the whole half angel and half demon thing would be called "nephilim". Although, if we're looking at things from a theology standpoint, nephilim would be abominations that are caused from demons and humans intermingling. Nephilim comes from the Hebrew word "Nephili", which means "to fall", and it describes the event of when the angels that were cast out of heaven began to breed with the daughters of mankind, producing abominations. Now, most translations rely on the Greek translation (which still works theologically), and the word Nephili is replaced in Greek with "gigantes", which means "earth born" and also where we get giants from. Btw, great roleplay lol. Sorry for the nerding out. But yeah, if devils and humanity produced abominations that caused God to go "I gotta flood the whole earth except this one guy cuz his family is not genetically messed up from being with demons", angel-devil hybrids must be an absolute nightmare.
