Well Mind control is always fun, one of my recurring fantasies is controlling someone while they remain oblivious. Meaning they go along with what I say, and rationalize it so it somehow makes sense to them and/or they don't even question it, but they remain mostly themselves. (Still a hardass teacher for example, but one that has to show me their feet for me to tickle whenever I want)
