A Message From James

Hi Patrons,
I hope you are all well. The last few days has been difficult for many of us. The game of football as we know it was threatened to be taken away from us and that simply couldn't be allowed to happen. Without competitive football it would no longer have existed as a sport and thankfully the Super League concept is dead before it began.
Personally I have had a very difficult few days trying to come to terms with what my football club attempted to do and have no shame in saying it hit me hard. I can't forgive those who own my club but I also can't change how much I love my team.
I do now however feel empowered by what has happened over the last 72 hours and know that my voice in a combined effort with others can be heard. There's much still to do and Suj and I are committed to continuing to push through and discuss the difficult conversations and topics such as racism and a fairness for fans to have their say. We dismantled the reform of UEFA's Champions League only three weeks ago and our stance against the Super League certainly doesn't suddenly make us pro UEFA.
On your Patreon Podcast that we will be releasing shortly we discuss what could and should happen next and believe many of the messages are very strong and via Patreon we will be making this Podcast available to everyone in publically.

I am in no way supportive of the clandestine manner that these snakes conducted themselves but you are right about UEFA and I will throw in the PL and Sky and how the consideration of the fan, not the customer, is dismissed. I understand free markets but greed will eventually kill our love of the greatest game on earth if we the fans do nothing. This was a huge step, let’s not stop there make all these gobshites accountable. Keep being you James, I hope you have an awesome day on Sunday! Will listen to the pod later tonight ❤️
