A single phone call changes everything. The death of his parent forces our protagonist to abandon the slide he worked so hard to build and return to a place he once called home.

Past Tense is a Romance Visual Novel with adult themes. The game emphasizes storytelling, focusing on building meaningful relationships, exploring romance, and delving into dramatic moments that shape the characters' lives.
Game renders are natively 1080p resolution, with music, and sound effects. (currently no animations in the game, due to hardware limitations.) Chapter 1 has over 5667 words, 600 still images, and 4 choices.
Relationship/Sexual Content: focusing more on the relationship/romance side. There will be nudity and sexual/lewd content. I don't want to throw mindless sex scenes left and right. If there's a sex scene/lewd scene, I want to make sure that it makes sense to the story and has a reason to be there.
