Main features include:
New building: sawmills. Can be converted to a farm or regrown through an arboretum framework.
New epic end game quest/event: The Scourge of Raana (Dengi invasion). Contains unique loot and a unique MC trait, as well as the toughest combat challenge yet in MoR's history.
New Darkmere map.
Overhauled Debug Menu (Enhanced).
Lots of combat changes/tweaks.
New combat sound effects (death sounds, large weapons etc).
About 200 new renders (wardrobe, sex scenes).
Dozens of tweaks and smaller addons.
A long list of bugfixes.
