Schedule change for 0.8.4!

Hello guys!

Due to the vast numbers of critical bug fixes and other important tweaks, I've decided to release 0.8.4 to the public a little earlier than originally planned.

Stacey McClung requires at least another month of work, which would set 0.8.4 Public release for mid-March.

Therefore, I'll spend this week fleshing out some WIP quests and add a couple of smaller planned features from the progress-list and hopefully have 084 ready by the end of next week.

This doesn't mean Stacey is delayed - she is still going to be ready for 0.8.4.1 Alpha within the scheduled time-frame, ETA March 14th.

While doing Stacey's renders, my programming focus will now be:

- The Secret Garden bookstore quest.

- Part two of the magistrate's quest (south Redhaven).

- Another small quest or a couple of POIs.

Expected Alpha release for The Secret Garden is on Valentine's Day (Friday 14th) this week! Stay tuned.
