Minor Updates and Alterative Parser

Reverting the logger update for now, was very minor but had issues on global
Given the amount of problems that overparse as a base has been causing I don't know if it's worth trying to rehabilitate that or what, it's very poorly written, the main reason I started with it was basically because it was native and I just don't really like the framework Apexparse uses.
That said, just with minor tweaks to accomidate NGS logging it is kind of astronomically better pretty much out of the box, if you are happy with overparse though you can grab the skills.csv and update that for a bit better coverage.
