Logger v11.0 & ACT Plugin

Preface do not use ACT while actively playing PSO2 the purpose for releasing this is to have a way to view past logs!
ACT (Advanced Combat Tracker) Plugin allows you to import pso2 damage log files for a more manageable view of previous logs. It's in a somewhat early state and I don't have a lot of experience with ACT so feedback is especially welcome for this tool. After installing the plugin in ACT you can import a damage log from the Import/Export tab clicking 'Select File...'
