Final slide was from the stream where I was explaining how I stylize anatomy from references- Essentially, I try to learn HOW things work instead of just looking at reference at face value. I personally stretch human proportions a little more than is anatomically 'correct' (and i value shape language over proper anatomical correctness) so in order to properly reference an image i have to consider how the muscles work together...
