- Added dynamic timeline scaling

- Fixed marker issues
- Fixed timeline slider offset on re-play
- Fixed audio import when file not found
The frame width can be increased or decreased dynamically on the timeline, as per request, by using the slider on the right or using the mouse wheel.
I've also added an 'i' button on the left that will display layer, folder, and sub-folder, name information of the PSD file where the timeline slider sits above specific frames in a column.
End of End Note: (from previous update)
I wanted to post a quick and final update for some things that needed to be fixed; feels like I'm going in circles on all these errors I keep missing.
I think it's safe to say this will be my last update on this project since I don't want to hold out onto something I'm unsure I will come back to.
Not the finished project that I had mapped out, no, what with due time; but it's waaaaay better than what I was doing on my own. So, I'm marking this as complete for now.
This software uses code of FFmpeg licensed under the LGPLv2.1
