This Residential lot has 3 apartments in the back, two waste tanks that can be used as pools if your sim is brave enough, a gorgeous little nightclub and bar to have fun with friends and lots of eco-friendly devices (because those bills can go really high!). This is perfect for the Live-In-Business mod (use it with the Auto-Employees as well or you'll have to man the DJ booth and the bar!). Never forget to use bb.moveobjects BEFORE placing the lot or some objects might be missing! Only one part of this build coming and it's unexpected!
