Polling Key

but I wanted to make a post that I can link to in case anyone needs clarity on some of the words I use.
The list format for the poll is:
Game/MiniScene intended name (Characters participating in the scene(s)) - The next part of development I plan to do.
Key:
implementation
Simply put, this means the writing phase is complete, or mostly complete. So what's left is actually building the scene.
This usually means I still need to create the images that you will see as you progress through the dialogue in the scene. And I also will likely still need to finalize and render the final versions of the animations.
Then, I go through the process of converting the images to just data, and putting that data and the dialogue together into the html file to get the final complete result.
brainstorm
This usually means I have an animation that needs to be used with the character(s) in the parenthesis. But I don't have an overall idea for the setting yet.
script
This means I need to create and/or finalize the dialogue for the proposed scene.
animation
This means I still need to make the animation that will be used for this scene/setting or in this game. possibly including needing to prepare art assets first.

This might be commonly used in listings that have brainstorming. Usually means I still need to decide what character(s) will make an appearance.
