TP is disgusting and should be held accountable for sexually assaulting his employees or anyone for that matter. I believe Derrick was assaulted and harassed. I also believe that he was trying to gain upward mobility through this situation with TP and was willing to go through the abuse if that meant he could get what he wanted from it (ie. success with his career). This is a sad shame and the entire time I was listening to the details of the case, my stomach hurt.

I do think if Tyler is sexually harassing his employees he needs to be STOPPED. But I also think Derek wanted to see truly how far he could go without giving sugar honestly.
