Despite just being either a fantasy made up by the killer, or just a means to troll the victims families, seeing the other letters where he brags about how those he killed were going to be his personal slaves in his afterlife, and considering how most of his victims were couples, it would not be surprising if this guy had fantasies of having a rape harem comprised of one half of the victims while the other half were forced to watch as he had his way with their partners. The BTK killer, Dennis Rader also had similar fantasies and wrote similar letters, though unlike Zodiac, BTK actually indulged in his fantasies whilst torturing and murdering his victims.
