Tuesday Update- 03/14/2023

Happy Tuesday All!

Tuesday updates are rare, but I promise this one is warranted!

After our first trivia night yesterday, which went exceptionally well, I realized that we need to make some changes to the perks of each Patron tier. Below are the changes:

Tier 1: Just Here For The Episodes

• no changes

Tier 2: Film Fan

• Added- access to unlimited monthly trivia nights (bring up to 1 non-patron guest)

Tier 3: Film Enthusiast

• Changed price from $8 to $7
• Added- Join Claira & I for Live monthly movie watch
• Added- Priority questions in all Q&A episodes

Tier 4: Cinephile

• Changed price from $15 to $12
• Added- Monthly Giveaway (Triggers once there are 10 patrons in this tier)

Reasons for the Change:

Tier 2 is the second most popular tier and while access to exclusive episodes and voting rights are great perks, the trivia night was such a success that I feel like it warrants expanding to all patrons in Tier 2. It will ultimately make Tier 2 more bang for the buck and maybe inspire some Tier 1 Patrons to upgrade. 

Obviously Tier 3 needed some more perks now that their exclusivity to Trivia night was moved to Tier 2. Claira and I had been discussing hosting a live movie watching night and this seemed like a great opportunity to add it to Tier 3. We are fully aware that some may downgrade to Tier 2 solely for Trivia, and that's okay! We intend to do more Q&A episodes in the near future, all questions posed by Patrons in this tier will always be answered and answered first. 

The only Tier 4 change at this time is a monthly giveaway, but with one big condition, a minimum of 10 patrons will be required in this tier for the giveaway to fire. This is for obvious reasons, if only 4-5 people exist in that tier, the winners would too often be the same! The prizes will include anything from Gifted Subscriptions, Physical Media, or Tickets! The value of the giveaway will always be a minimum of $30 as well.

Again, thank you for bearing with us during this first month of Patreon. It has been a learning experience but a really enjoyable one! Again, we completely understand if you decided to change tiers based on the perks. We are just happy to have you here :)

**Because I cannot edit tier prices, I will have to delete the current tiers and make new ones with the new pricing. Those of you in Film Enthusiast Tier and Cinephile Tier will be getting a direct message from me to remind you to switch to a new tier**
