The reason why the HIV treatment isn't being used more often is because it's extremely resource intensive (essentially requires an organ transplant) and is very high-risk. So it's actually better to go on living with HIV than risk getting the treatment. Which is why it's only being used on people who also have another very serious condition (e.g. leukemia) and would need the transplant anyway. In both cases, getting cured of HIV was almost a side effect. Surreal. Carry on guys, you are a much needed bastion of sanity right now.

We Protest DNC convention in Milwaukee no matter what. It is beyond just "Bernie didn't get elected" complaints. It's to a make a point that the DNC can't keep interfering with the democratic processes in this country without consequences. Who cares about coronavirus, we can use exclusively coronavirus infected people at our protest so nobody fucks with us. Waves of infected, disaffected, desperate, and disenfranchised people formally part of the DNC base. I think there is a very slim chance if the protesting is so intense it makes people in the DNC, like superdelegates, genuinely fearful for their own safety if they don't support Bernie. I think this coronavirus thing actually makes that scenario possible.
