I've seen spirited away. I loved it. Super symbolic lots of foreshadowing and scenes that portray powerful messages throughout the movie. Overall a great film. butt. Avatar the last Airbender is the shit. There's an episode with a swamp monster that explains how 'everything in the swamp is connected'. Much in the way a small town seems to work after staying in one for a while. Ah TELEVISION, just a reflection of how great the world really is.

I would like to point out that Rotoscoping is not a new or taboo concept in animation, even the earliest Disney films traced over live action film for dance shots etc. I think films like Waking Life and A Scanner Darkly are just as valid as any other animation style.
